Wendy and Angela offer a dynamic partnership service model committed to a singular purpose, simply to offer added service and value to their clients. Meet Sam, our first client

Wendy and Angela are both dog lovers and dog mums. When they first met and began discussing a partnership Wendy told Angela about a neglected dog that she was determined to rescue. Sam was kept outside, tied to his dog house 24/7 on a short lead. Rain or shine, -30′ or +35 he was outside. He was totally ignored by his owners. While he was not physically abused or deprived of food, he was clearly not in a good situation. Wendy shared details about Sam as well as photos. She was committed to finding a home for this lovely dog and got Angela on board.

Over the Christmas holidays Angela was socializing with some friends and brought up the topic of Sam. To Angela’s complete surprise this family was interested in Sam. Phone calls were made, meetings were arranged and Sam was adopted by a household of dog lovers. Today Sam lives on a 60 acre country property with one other dog, a cat, and two humans. He is lavished with treats, love, his own indoor bed, toys and more toys and lots and lots of outdoor exercise. Finding a home for Sam was something that really brought Wendy and Angela together. They consider Sam to be their first client and really helped them appreciate how two heads are better than one. It’s amazing how much more can be accomplished when two people work together toward a common goal. Thanks Sam!

A portion of every commission cheque earned by Angela and Wendy is donated to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs. Because Royal LePage is committed to giving back to the community, Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have our own charitable foundation. All of the administrative costs of the Shelter Foundation are underwritten so that 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to helping our cause.

Donations stay in the local area, so when a donation is made to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation the funds are given to women’s shelters in our area. Royal LePage real estate agents and their clients are working to create safer homes and safer communities by contributing more than $14 million since 1999 to help women and children across Canada.

Our brokers, agents and staff also provide volunteer time and in-kind goods, and hold special community events to help raise funds and awareness to end family violence for more than 30,000 women and children who take refuge in a shelter each year.
